IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERS

  • Soulrise Bakery ships only to locations within the State of Arizona.

  • Orders are baked fresh on Sundays and ship on Mondays (unless you select USPS shipping and Monday is a postal holiday).

    Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the upcoming Monday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

    Inventory is limited each week and orders may close early once capacity is reached.

  • If you would like to place a larger order or need your order shipped on a different day for a special occasion, please email lisa@soulrise-bakery.com before placing your order to confirm availability. Special shipping dates cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

  • Orders shipping to certain remote or extended delivery areas within Arizona may incur additional UPS carrier surcharges. If your address falls within one of these areas, you will be contacted prior to shipment with the option to approve the additional charge, approve an alternate shipping method, or cancel your order for a full refund.

    To avoid potential carrier surcharges, customers may select USPS at checkout, which typically does not apply additional extended-area fees within Arizona.
